Pasut Villach International Institute for Economics is part of the Pasut Group. It is a graduate school that offers formation in economics and law at a master’s level. The teaching is provided by a highly qualified and top-rated staff of international professors and all the courses are in English. The Institute’s underlying and constant objective is to achieve for its members not only a solid command of economic theory but also the ability to apply it to understand economic problems of the country and to propose feasible solutions with special orientation to EU and non-EU countries.

For the year 2006 the Pasut Villach International Institute for Economics will offer two innovative courses together with the consolidated Summer School programme namely Faculty Upgrade and Higher Education for Professionals. The former is the result of the need to update young university educators and the latter to provide professionals with further expertise and competence in the fields of international taxation and finance. The courses will be run yearly and will be hosted in different countries to encourage cultural exchange and transfer of knowledge.
